TurkcellPay provides a technology platform that includes a payment gateway, microfinance management tools, and technical training for the implementation of digital wallets, with the aim of improving the commercial cash flow of small and medium-sized enterprises.

All financial transactions, including NFC payments and digital wallet operations, are subject to the policies of the associated payment service providers and financial entities. TurkcellPay acts as a technology facilitator. Disputes regarding transactions must be directed directly to the payment method provider.

5. Modification and Termination

TurkcellPay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users and your continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without liability, if you violate these terms.
